Membership Categories

Associate: Person who is not a licensed pharmacist and is interested in pharmacy or is associated with businesses or professions related to the pharmaceutical profession. 


Pharmacist - Individual:  Licensed pharmacists with at least two years of practice.


Pharmacist - Joint:  Pharmacist Joint/Husband & Wife;  Licensed pharmacists with at least two years of practice.  Both individuals are pharmacists and active members of AzPA. 


New Practitioner - 1st or 2nd Year: Reduced dues for licensed pharmacists who are within two years after graduation from a college or school of pharmacy.


Resident: Pharmacist currently enrolled in a PGY residency program.


Retired:  Licensed pharmacist who is no longer working.


Technician: Licensed certified pharmacy technician


Pharmacy Student:  Student members must be enrolled full-time as a pharmacy student or a pre-pharmacy program. 


Technician in Training/Technician Student: Individuals who are currently enrolled in a Technician School or are working in their first year as a Technician in Training.

Membership:  includes discounted registrations for all AzPA events, member-only discounts on selected products, subscription to the Arizona Journal of Pharmacy and all other Association publications.  Membership privileges include eligibility for annual awards, election to the AzPA Board of Directors, appointment to AzPA Standing Committees, and full voting privileges as provided per the bylaws.
